Tigers Break Records at UCCS Invite
Fort Hays Tech Northwest Track & Field traveled to the Colorado Running Company UCCS Invite on Saturday.
"This was a strong showing for our guys," commented Head Coach Mendez. "We are continuing to come together as a group, and several athletes are steadily adjusting to the demands of indoor competition. Our top priority is keeping them healthy and ready to perform when it matters most."

In the men's 60m Dash, the Tigers had two runners reach the finals, with Jeremy Charles and Cyrus Charles placing 1st and 2nd, respectively, with times of 6.78 and 6.80 seconds, both of which broke the previous school record of 6.82 seconds. Charles' time, when adjusted for elevation, was 6.82 seconds, which met the mark to qualify for Nationals.
