Track & Field Competes at Alex Francis Classic

Hays, KS. — FHNW Track & Field competed at the Alex Francis Classic on Thursday.

 

Sprints & Field Events:

In the 100-meter dash, Jaden De Souza led the way for the Tigers, placing 4th, with a time of 10.40 seconds. Jeremy Charles and Cyrus Charles finished close behind, in 9th and 10th, with times of 10.58 and 10.59 seconds. Noah Mitchell also competed, finishing 32nd, with a time of 11.13 seconds.

In the 200-meter dash, Cyrus Charles placed 14th, with a time of 21.93 seconds.

Middle & Long Distance:

In the 800-meter run, Ahmed Belouaer placed 8th, with a time of 1:58.13. Salisu Habibu also competed, finishing 23rd, with a time of 2:05.83.

In the 1500-meter run, Zakaria Anou placed 5th, with a time of 4:10.23.

 

Track & Field will compete next at the Region VI/KJCCC Outdoor Championship on Thursday, April 30th, in Arkansas City, Kansas.
